Here’s the deal: most of these books and podcasts lead with the mind-blowing science and futuristic breakthroughs to get you hooked. And it works! Tell me you’ve been able to read a whole chapter without daydreaming about that fancy new treatment that can instantly rejuvenate all your cells and cure you of the most horrible diseases known to date.

Also, tell me you haven’t felt carried by a rogue wave of optimism while listening to the audiobooks expertly narrated to raise your hopes and make you feel better about the reality of getting old, sick and eventually dying.

But eventually, however alluring the future of medicine looks like, as you work your way through the books and podcasts, they all tell you the unsexy truth: the real power lies in your daily habits – nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and exercise. These are the things that make the foundation for reversing aging, and they don’t cost you any extra pennies because, 🙌 surprise 🙌, you’re already doing them (even if maybe you’re doing them half-heartedly).

You don’t need a million-dollar treatment to start feeling rejuvenated, stronger, and more energetic. What you really need is to optimize what you’re already doing, especially at the gym and in the kitchen.

Once you master the basics, you’ll notice your health improving in ways that, initially, can be just as impactful but more sustainable than any expensive anti-aging treatment currently available.

Let’s be honest: there’s no pill, drink or powder on Earth that can out-supplement a crappy lifestyle. If your day-to-day habits are a dumpster fire of convenience food, alcohol, puffs of any kind, zero movement, no sleep, and constant stress, don’t even bother spending money on supplements. They won’t work.
