How can my Personal Training help you?
I will be working closely together with you to guide you towards your goals. After we have taken a snapshot of your current situation and thoroughly analyzed it, we will take the first steps towards building your base fitness and replacing outdated habits that no longer serve you with new ones that will. Once you have the winning mindset in place reaching your goals will be easy peasy and rather enjoyable too.
You will have guidance and support from me throughout the duration of the program and we will keep track of your progress so that we can adjust the course whenever necessary.
You will decide how often or how little you want to meet up, but know that even the most basic package is for 3 calendar months. We will find the best day and time for your sessions and we will make sure that your program won’t take over your life.
- 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions at your home preceded by a 2.5 hrs online session to get the lay of the land and establish the rules of engagement.
- A personalised exercise and nutrition program to meet your needs.
- A rehabilitation program if you have been recommended Personal Training by your Doctor or Physiotherapist.
- Ongoing support via email or phone for the duration of the program.
